The Park Nursery identity

As the name suggests, the Park Nursery has a large playground, garden and wildlife area which are all enviable features of nurseries in London, and which logically became the main focus of the brand.

A 1950s illustrative aesthetic added a suitable sense of playfulness whilst not appearing childlike, drawing inspiration from the surroundings of the nursery; from the period lampposts outside, to the mature trees and wigwams of their garden.

The typeface Chunk Five, designed by Meredith Mandel for the League of Moveable Type, is used in the logotype as well as for titling across print and web.
